Elbow parts are widely used in industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, engineering machinery, energy, and rail transit. The CNA-T series non-contact laser fork pipe fitting measurement system can be directly installed next to the pipe fitting production line to detect pipelines, pipelines, hoses, etc. In addition to providing various conventional joint arm detection functions, it can also provide processing parameters and reasonable correction value data that match the bending equipment for the adjustment of the bending machine, greatly reducing the time required for adjusting the equipment and improving the product qualification rate.
Five sizes of laser forks are available: 30mm, 50mm, 80mm, 150mm, and 200mm. Non contact laser forks can be used to measure pipes with diameters ranging from 1mm to 180mm, while larger diameter pipes can be measured using a contact type hard probe.
Product Features
Simple measurement of pipe fittings, pipelines, and hoses
Pipe fittings can be tested as prototypes or against their nominal CAD models. During the measurement process, the operator will be prompted to measure the design features of the pipe fittings, which will also be highlighted in the measurement window.
Automatic generation of pipe fitting inspection program
● Multiple pipe reference
● Pipe support measurement
Function
Measurement using non-contact laser forks or contact type hard probes
Measuring straight pipe
Measurement of curved pipes (straight and curved sections)
Measurement of continuous bends (without straight sections, continuous bending)
The method of scaling can be used to measure pipe fittings
The diameter of the pipe fittings can be changed during the measurement process
Can measure branch pipes welded to the main pipe, except for the main pipe
Measurable RCV (variable radius) fittings
Measurable non circular cross-section pipe fittings
Can be connected to a CNC pipe bending machine for comparison and correction
Rebound correction (20-120)
Alignment: can compare and analyze the actual measured pipe fittings with the theoretical pipe fitting coordinates for alignment
Customized materials can be used to compensate for rebound and applied to bending programs
Generate, modify, and print pipe fitting models to:
-Cartesian coordinate system
-Polar coordinate system (YBC value)
-Double Cartesian coordinate system
-Pipe bending machine coordinate system
Graphical representation of measured pipe fittings
Graphical representation inserted into the overlapping part of the main body (flange/hole/including small branches)
Manual or automatic positioning of pipe fittings within the gauge
RCV fittings (variable radius fittings)
Can measure non equal bending radius and continuously bend pipe fittings with no straight segment changing direction of rotation
Measurement mixed with RCV fittings and equal bending radius fittings
Set up RCV and RCV mixed pipe fittings from a file
Automatic correction of RCV and RCV mixed pipe fitting program
